i'm searching to obtain a crossbow for christmas and have no idea witch someone to get i'm searching in a barnett ghost 350 along with a tenpoint titan hlx ...the barnett has good reviews and it has 350fps wich is nice plus is realy lite wich is essential because i'm 13 the tenpoint has good reviews and that i often hear the company is among the more reccomended it is simply 300fps wich i'm iffy about i love the barnnet since it has more fps and also the tenpoint is even lighter i realy only such as the barnett better since it has more fps so help i'm confused also please reccomend more crossbows

I simply bought a brand new Horton Summit Crossbow and i'm conscious that dry firing is really a large "no, no." My real question is: how can release my crossbow if it's prepared to fire and that i don't need to fire (following a day's hunting possibly)?
